FACILITIES: We have state of the art equipment, hydrotherapy tub, pedicure throwns, jacuzzi steam shower & pregnancy chair. We are disabled & wheel-chair friendly.Eco Organic Spa so we proudly look after the environmnet along with you .
SPA ESSENTIALS: A robe, slippers & disposable underwear are supplied for your comfort. Our therapists are trained in draping discretionary towels for your privacy. If you would prefer to wear your swimmers in the shower/bath please do so.Please mention any allergies, illness or special needs when you book so that we can tailor your treatment Please put mobile phones on silent so you can enjoy your time .Leave valuables at home or place them in the dish provided within the treatment room.
PACKAGES: We specialise in escape packages. We offer individual, couples & group bookings and spa parties with champagne & gourmet platters.Let us tailor a unique experience for your next celebration , girls day , hens party or corporate event .
BOOKINGS & HOURS: 9 to 5 Monday to Saturday. After hours , evening and Sunday bookings are available by appointment.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Eftpos, Credit Card, Diners, Amex and company cheques are accepted. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking , for packages and groups . A cancellation fee of 50 % will be processed for notice of less than 12 hours for packages and couples bookings or less than two weeks for spa parties.(Unless there are serious and unavoidable circumstances.)
GIFT VOUCHERS Gift vouchers are available for all individual treatments and packages, or for a nominated amount by purchasing an open voucher .Gift vouchers may be ordered on line , via the telephone with credit card or in person at reception.
